Just like EULAs, we know it’s tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it’s important to establish what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

 

WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM US:

World class customer service and results. We will make your order exactly the way that it comes through on the order form or in written updates should changes be made. We'll provide a visual representation of the order and any subsequent changes so that we're all facing the same direction before we hit go on the laser. We'll get your order started your direction on time (unless aggravating circumstances arise, and we'll make sure you know if they do) and packaged in a manner designed to get it to you the same it left us. We'll issue a fair response should calamity befall us and the carrier damages your sign.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

A through read of the descriptions for items you're purchasing as well as the FAQs and T&C. A definitive translation of the idea in your head into written form. Understanding that we cannot make infinite changes pro bono; as much as I'd like to be, I'm not your personal designer. To keep your cost down, we set our price points to reflect the initial customization and some wiggle room. More than one change erodes that narrow margin, which means we have to charge a design fee to offset that. You don't work for free - we don't either. If shipping damage happens, please be patient as we work through that process. There's steps we have to take to attempt to recover some of that loss and while we don't need to drag you with us on that entire journey, we do have to involve the customer minimally. Some of this is addressed in greater detail in the FAQs.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
